Multi-media art

Storytelling is the root of what I do. 
In my multimedia work, I draw on my extensive background and education in acting, filmmaker, fine art, photography, sewing, music, somatic therapy and experience as a mother.  I am driven by stories you can feel, that bring us back to our shared humanity. Across all mediums I am continually seeking to illuminate the essence within the internal life.

This is a multi-media short film examining loss and the little moments that make life, and love, so valuable.  

This film was written, directed, acted, edited & produced by Elizabeth Woods-Darby with Cinematography and filming by WingIt productions. 

City Music

In collaboration with Michael Demski, Dana Nicole Morrison & Gesilayefa Azorbo, we created City Music.
A short dance film, choreographed to a poem, of the same name, that I wrote.
​Filmed on location in Toronto, Canada.

City Music won the Jury's Choice Bronze Award  & The Second Place Audience Choice Award at the International Contact Dance Film Festival in Toronto, Canada.
